Commercial Real Estate Analyst 
A private investment platform is seeking a sharp Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support its lending and asset management functions. This role focuses on evaluating real estate-backed loan opportunities and preparing credit materials to guide investment decisions. 
What You'll Do:
• Analyze commercial and multifamily properties (lease reviews, rent rolls, market comps)
• Assess borrower/guarantor financials, org structures, and business plans
• Review third-party reports (appraisals, environmental, title, etc.)
• Support loan structuring, pricing, and credit memos
• Collaborate with originators, underwriters, and asset managers throughout the deal lifecycle  
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree and must have 3+ years in commercial real estate underwriting or analysis
• Strong Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar platforms preferred
• Exposure to multiple asset classes (industrial, multifamily, retail, etc.) is a plus
